OUT WITH THE OLD & IN WITH THE NEW...

So....  It starts.  The rebuilding process has been started, finally from the right place.  I have shared before, a chef can have all the ingredients for a perfect gourmet meal but, if he can’t cook, it’s a waste!  That about summed up the Miami Dolphins through last Sunday's debacle in London.  The best DT in football, top tier DE's and pro-bowl DB's and a center that has been to Hawaii a few times as well....  borderline greatness ready to bloom at QB and receivers....  but no "chef" to mix the ingredients correctly to serve that perfect meal.

So...  OUT WITH THE OLD & IN WITH THE NEW...  Let’s see if this new chef (coach) has a better palate for flavor and can "mix it up" better than the last.  Although the resume' has 6 years of coaching and 11 years as a player, there is little to no experience running a team.  Not only will he need to earn respect from the players, he has an entire coaching staff full of pride, wisdom, experience and age to either help Mr. Campbell or bring him down.  Does he make changes to surround himself with folks that to enable his will be done? Does he teach the teachers? Is he merely a motivator until another replaces him - as soon as that becomes available?
