We continue with our 37th tutorial with International Human Rights Activist Rabbi Dr. Eliezer Goldstock. Goldstock has been spending time outside of Jerusalem so I thought we would engage in some of his observations about dwelling outside of Jerusalem and let us see if he can connect the dots to his courageous work to reduce the stigma so unfairly attached to handy-capable children which the world calls handicapped in addition to those Special Souls living down upon this Blessed Earth with Ups Syndrome which the world calls Downs Syndrome.
