Black Lives Matter is more than a Hashtag. With corporations, politicians, and businesses both large and small boldy proclaiming and seemingly "embracing" Black Lives Matter many have now become hopeful of change. However, in the process is Black Lives Matters becoming a commercial hashtag meant to pacify and make people think change is going to come without the actions and pressure needed to demand and receive justice? Do local and national politicians across the country truly hear the cries of the oppressed, and plan to change and implement policies that will no longer allow officers to kill with impunity and no consequences? Is this just another song and dance meant to "rock" us back to a state of "sleep" instead of staying woke? Please join Maria Else, the host for tomorrow night's episode of the Dr. Harris Black Lives Matter Show, as we discuss the history of the movement's, past, present, and future.
