Bias, of course, exists in many facets of the recruiting and hiring process. But how does bias against older candidates come into play? And when odes bias morph into plain-old illegal discrimination? According to a survey from AARP, nearly 66% of workers age 45 and older have seen or experienced age discrimination on the job.
