Dana Laake and her special guest Dr. Alan Gaby will be discussing how to look at results from recent nutritional studies, such as... “Are eggs really as bad as smoking? Are vitamins linked to mortality?”

Alan Gaby, M.D., is a nutritional science expert and the author of Nutritional Medicine, a comprehensive, scientifically-based guide to the use of diet and nutritional supplements to prevent and treat illness. The book covers more than 400 different health conditions and disorders, with 60 chapters on individual nutrients. Information on dietary fundamentals, food additives, reactive hypoglycemia, food allergy, "sub-laboratory" hypothyroidism, and candidiasis is also included. Dr. Gaby considers Nutritional Medicine the pinnacle of his life's work – to investigate nutritional medicine and to teach others what he has discovered.
