The city of San Antonio is moving slowly on a public ethics complaint, while trying to fast-track Google Fiber’s encroachment on public parklands. In another example of local media bias and news manipulation, the San Antonio Express-News has editorialized in support of massive new spending on city parks — even as city officials try quietly to concede public green spaces to Google.  Ken Ward with Texas Watchdog, published his first report on the Google park controversy four months ago, but the SA Express-News has yet to write a single news story about the subject. Listen and learn about this story. A news medium that ignores the violations of city charter laws by the local government, is not acting in the interests of the citizens’ freedom and liberty.
