School Choice, School funding for small districts, and the grading system

January 23-27 was National School Choice week, and our show is a discussion with Ken Ward from Texas Watchdog regarding three important school issues. We talk about school choice, of course, and how HEB mogol Charles Butt is opposing it. We also discuss how small, mostly rural districts are penalized in their funding.
