Immigration update – Last Friday, Nov 30, 2018, the Texas Attorney General has a lawsuit against the San Antonio Police Dept. regarding the mishandling of a human smuggling case in December 2017. However, while the Texas AG can sue the city, will the lawsuit go anywhere?

This past November, Democrats swept almost 100% of the state and local judicial elections. Given these judges, will the lawsuit go anywhere?
