Citizen journalist Isaak Ruiz is being sued by TX State Rep. Eddie Morales for slander, but he's just asking simple questions about some legislation sponsored by Morales. Meanwhile, the local news media shows interest in asking the same question nor in defending Ruiz's First Amendment rights. This is an example of a local establishment protecting itself.
