Todd reports about another large wave of migrants that may soon overwhelm the border. In the far south of Mexico, the central government is about to release a sea of U.S.-bound migrants it has dammed up behind bureaucracy in the southernmost city of Tapachula. But, according to the Americas edition of EFE, the coming swell has risen fast between January 1 and March 8 to more than 73,000 angry, mobbing, rioting migrants.
