It is very disheartneing that as a local Gospel Artist in Baltimore your future is hindered by some radio exec /dj's who pick & choose the music they want to play over the airwaves based on favortism & payola. Usually, these Program Directors have NO musical ability and are generally unqualified. Many a local artist has been frustrated by these "Radio Gatekeepers" blocking many listeners from being blessed.
