Why Am I Not Growing God ? / Let My People Go !

I have been loyal to my church more than i have been to God. I can almost finish the Pastor's sermons cause it's the same every sunday. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. Should i talk to my Pastor or should i leave ? I just want to be totally equipped to do the will of God,  Can anyone help me ?A revelationary word from Pastor Eric Williams out of Louisiana.
