If We R Ministers...then where is Your Pulpit ?

In the church the true essence of being a minister has been glamorized and has become celebrity status. However, CHRIST served others and washed the feet of his disciples. Bishops & Apostles who adotn the church like christmas ornaments are too busy to meet with their members let alone sttop so low as to ...wash their feet. Is this why the church roles are declining because people are being underserved and underappreciated ? So if they won;t come to the House of God to hear the word, how can they be saved ?
