I Kings 21 vs. 37 God sends Elijah the Prophet to speak to king Ahab and ask him this quesyion.  Wasn't it enough that you killed Naboth ?  Must you rob him too ?  bible says the " Tender mercies of the wicked" are cruel.  as we listen to more horrific crimes on the streets of Bmore. Even the ' Street codes' of children, women and the elderly used to be " off limits' what happened ?  Why are our streets so violent. Is there a war going on that we regular people are not aware of ?  can the mayor and his 1 step too slow police chief ever catch up before it's too late ? We will indulge the philosophy and intellectual guidance from a humble public servant with experience, introducing " Scottie the Barber".
