We want to explore and discuss what the 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution means to Blacks and its impact on their lives, the economy, and society. We want to examine why and if it's important to or has any significance to the 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution. Finally, we'll discuss why Blacks weren't mentioned in the first 12 amendments to the United States Constitution and dabble into whether or not some of the Presidents were racists who owned slaves.
