Women of Worth (WOW) are women who have come to know who they are and whose they are....We are Women of God who walk in the Wisdom of God's Word and in His ways.  We know that there are young ladies and adult women alike who have been hurt by life. Our desire is that once you attend WOW EnCounter that you will not leave the same way you came.  Many times we dismiss the value that God has placed inside of us. When we come together in the Spirit of Love and Unity, we affirm one another in the Lord as Sisters-in-Christ.  We are very ExCited!  This conference is for you to be EnCouraged , EdIfied, EnRiched, EnGaged and EmPowered! in every area of your life.

Vision: To spiritually edify, encourage and empower all womenand young ladies to know their Worth and to Live on Purposeand to EnLarge the Kingdom of God.  We are also purposed to mentor our youth (God's Gems & God's Girls) as well as pour into our Young Ladies of Purpose (YLOP) and ourPamperMe Young Ladies with Babies.

Mission:  To unite all women and young ladies to come together to celebrate their unique God-given abilities to encourage and empower one another to live their purpose in the gifts God has pre-ordained for them before the beginning of time.
