Ms. Alysha Powell, APMEE (Alysha Powell Meditation, Enrichment and Enlightenment) reigns from the DMV area. She studied liberal arts at Longwood University, Farmville, VA. The inspiration behind APMEE was cultivated while she personally overcame mental stressors from engaging in the busy hustle and bustle of corporate American life. She developed unique transformational, stress-management and mind renewal techniques. This prompted her to depart corporate America and develop APMEE, LLC. In under two years, she has created unique faith-based meditation programs and workshops; authored a self-published book, is the current host of two radio shows; has mentored and educated special needs and at risk youth in schools and through workshops; and has empowered hundreds of women at local conferences and events throughout the DMV to become enlightened and self-aware of their power within. Thus, allowing them to boldly unleash their purpose, passion and become their best version!
