Her essay, entitled “Breaking Into The Boys Club” is a personal account of her experience as the only female in the all-male business environment in 1970 affirmative action America. Tadia is a motivational speaker in demand. Her debut CD, “Solace of the Eyes”, and the lush original cast recording of the music drama, “A Woman and Her Words” competed for Grammy nominations in ten categories.
