David Rovics does not sing with the middle class arrogance of a sixties bomb planting Weatherman, or even the youthful arrogance of the "Kill the Cops" anarchist popular today, instead he writes and blends the historical memories of a Resistance of Howard Zinn, as a balladeer of peoples' history. He with melody and rhyme simply helps us to understand where we might be going based on where people have been in Resistance, from all across the world.
