The 18 year old Kansas high school student who sent the tweet #heblowsalot that blasted around the world announced this morning that she would not apologize to Gov. Sam Brownback.
Instead Gov. Sam Brownback apologized to her this afternoon in a Topeka Capital Journal newspaper article by Tim Carpenter, "Brownback apologizes for tweet flap."
