Amy Mack was born and raised on a ranch in Rice, Texas, She grew up being a multi-sports athlete focusing on cross country, volleyball, basketball, and track. She is a graduate of University of Texas with a degree in Spanish, and received her Masters from University of North Texas. Amy has been coaching track and field since 2002, and over the years she has been an elite running coach and personal trainer to many individuals in the greater Dallas area. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Specialist, and a Certified Personal Trainer of Cooper Clinic Institute. She is currently the Head Trainer for Camp Gladiator boot camp in Dallas, Texas.
