Out & Equal Workplace Advocates is the world’s largest nonprofit organization specifically dedicated to creating safe and equitable workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.

In her new book, Out & Equal at Work, founder and executive director, Selisse Berry,  provides concrete examples of how workplaces around the world can value, affirm and protect the environments of diverse employees.
