And it came to pass after these things, that one told Joseph, Behold, thy father is sick: and he took with him his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim.. Jacob put his left hand on the oldest son of Joseph and his right hand on the youngest. Joseph wasn't happy about it and Jacob explained why and Joseph accepted his father Jacob.
