Who says the "palestinians" don't contribute to the world?  They have been exporting terrorism tactics for decades!  Nice, France is the first major jihad attack by means of "automobile jihad", outside of Israel that is!  Please world, and France in particular, keep telling the Israelis how to deal with its' islamic terrorism problem, you're doing such a wonderful job on your own turf.  Keep importing muslims by the million & forcing tens of thousands of Jews to move to Israel, it's going to work out swimmingly well for you!  And by the way, ISIS isn't an organization, it's an ideology, good luck fighting it while you won't define it.
