Why have a border system at all when people can swim back and forth any time? That Third Safe Country Agreement has holes - but WOW what holes!

This latest exploitation of our respective sovereignties is also turning into quite a cottage industry for the underbellies and bottom feeders who care more about making a buck -  many bucks - over Patriotism and Allegiance to their countries.
