Minneapolis Police Chief Janee Harteau resigned last Friday, less than a wekk after Minneapolis first Somali Muslim police officer shoots and kills an unarmed woman - Justine Damond who was reporting an alleged attack. Mayor Betsy Hodges asked the Police Chief to resign because she's "lost confidence" in her ability to lead.  Is Chief Harteau to blame?  Is Political Correctness to blame? Is Diversity to blame? Is Islamophobia to blame?  Or is Linda Sarsour's instruction to fellow muslims not to "Assimilate" play a role?
