The IQ disparity is likely down to the evolutionary fundamentals which form cultures worldwide and really do account for their differences--and they're all about climate and terrain. I can't see how the IQ disparity would or could be explained other than by the very complex mix of challenges certain people faced in their environment, along with the resources also available in that environment which stimulated their problem-solving ability."
