HamasCAIR settles a 12 yr old lawsuit with massive FAKE Lawyer Scam. The scam began in 2006 with the hiring of Morris Days, who purported to be a lawyer to give legal advice to local muslims. A Lawsuit was brought by David Yerushalmi & American Freedom Law Center in 2008 Charging that by November 2007 the Virginia Chapter of HamasCAIR found out about the fake lawyer scame and proceeded to Cover up Days Actions. CAIR was facing a jury trial for all its fraudulent behavior, but decided to settle.
