Muhammad: An example for of all of mankind?  The Cross and the Crescent Discussion Group

The Quran teaches that we are all to try to emulate the example that Muhmmad set during his lifetime.

That isn’t what this week’s show is going to be about BECAUSE when we evaluate other “details” of this man’s life the “good” is subjugated by the “bad”.  We have arrived at this conclusion by understanding one simple fact – one act of pure evil (murder, enslavement, pedophilia, et. al) outweighs a lifetime of good in any standard of goodness.  The problem with Muhammad is that he had a lifetime of being known as a murderer, an enslaver, a pedophile, an adulterer, and all kinds of other things – but yet as I listened to these apologists this week, he is thought of as an “example to follow”.

This is what disturbs my soul!  This is what causes me to do this show every week!  How can you think of this man as being an “excellent example” of anything when considering his “example?”

This week we are going to discuss exactly why Muhammad should not be and must never be an “example” of human conduct to follow.  We are going to do this not quoting the Kufar or others who think Muhammad was a false prophet.  We are only going to ONLY quote and evaluate the most trusted sources of Islam; The Quran, the SAHIH Ahadith, and the Sira.  From there we are going to ask the followers of this man to then try to tell us that we should model that pattern of conduct in our own lives.

The link for the youtube and facebook livestreams will be provided when this posts.  If you want to participate and present your arguments on the show email me at: ericthekafir@gmail.com and I will send you the streamyard link.

Blessing – Eric
