By all accounts, the Taliban has the best PR machine going. The question is, is La Dopey Nostra, CNN, or one of the Big Tech firms running it? They're allowed on Twitter, but WaPo is running interference, as well. And of course, CNNs Clarissa Ward is in the running for head cheerleader. It's almost like some folks WANT the US to lose or be embarrassed.

In Sports, some prognosticators are going all-out. So much so that it's the same-old, same-old, with Oklahoma, Bama and Ohio State getting chosen to win their respective conferences. Way out on a limb, there.

And of course, we'll touch on other stories from the world of Politics, Sports, or esepcially, when those two forces collide!
