The truth can be painful and offensive – The Cross and the Crescent Discussion Group

We have repeatedly heard as of late the plea “let truth be made clear from falsehood”.   Let the truth prevail.  Pilate famously asked Jesus; “What is truth”?  Unfortunately, we do not have the reply of Jesus recorded in the Gospels.

What we do know; The Quran contains stories and false teachings that we know pre-existed the Quran, yet are to be believed as being divinely inspired.  The Quran makes several assertions about historical facts that we know are demonstrably untrue.  Muhammad is the most demonstrably false prophet in history yet we are demonized for pointing out the facts about his life.

So be it.  This Sunday is about how the truth that demonstrates the Quran is not from God and that Mohammad was not a prophet of any sort will be discussed using historical facts and the available Islamic sources.
