News out today is that liberal justice Steven Breyer is retiing from the Supreme Court. True to form, Barack Obama has instructed Dopey Joe to announce that he will only consider a Black woman for the post. You know, to make sure the best candidate is chosen (obvious sarcasm intended!). HawkeyeMike, reformed former lawyer, will be on to discuss the possibilities, as well as give us a bit of history on Breyer's voting record, as well as what conservative Americans might look for as this occurs.

In Sports, ESPN college b-ball color analyst Dick Vitale is shutting it down for the year. Let's just hope it's just temporary. In MLB Hall of Fame voting, only one player got in, first-im-on-the-ballot David "Big Papi" Ortiz. But maybe more interesting are those who did NOT get in, including a couple with pretty historic numbers.

And in PoliSports, we'll discuss one of the casualties of the Hall of Fame vote, and why it's pretty obviously "political".
