The Islamic Armenian Genocide.  The Cross and the Crescent Discussion Group.

Yes, the title of the show is correct.  During World War I the Islamic Ottoman Empire murdered over one and a half million Armenian Christians.  The perpetrators of these crimes were brought to trial, convicted and sentenced to long prison terms.  The hero of the Turks during WWI came to power, forms the country of modern day Turkey as a secular country – but then freed all of these Turks who were responsible for this genocide.

Tuesday we are going to discuss this often forgotten and denied war crime committed by Muslims against Christians.  Even today, over 100 years later this is a contentious and oft disputed issue.  Come to the show to discuss this stain world history.
