Catholic psychologist and author Kevin Vost has written a new book with Sophia Institute Press, You Are That Temple! A Catholic Guide to Health and Holiness. From a Biblical perspective of preserving the health of the human temple, the body, for a long life, he examines varied issues of diet and exercise, such as health controversies over fats and workout routines for busy, modern lives. Vost will join show host Andrew E. Harrod to discuss issues such as what a Christian perspective offers on health and common dieting myths.
