Catholic writer Priscilla Smith McCaffrey has published a new novella with Sophia Institute Press, Christmas Blossoms, where she tells the story of an aging Catholic Chinese artist who makes Christmas ornaments. In a tale for the whole family and all ages, she weaves together insights on Catholic faith and the often murderous history of Communist China's dictatorship. McCaffrey will join show host Andrew E. Harrod to discuss matters such as the past and current state of Christianity in China, and how the joy of Christmas can endure under oppression.
