On Monday 6/5, the PGA Tour, LIV Golf, and the DP World Tour announced a merger, basically bringing together the three large golf tours. While some details aren't complete, the new Board of Directors will be made up primarily of Board members from the PGA Tour, investment control by LIV Golf, and DP World Tour riding the coattails. What does it all mean? While I didn't predict a merger, I certainly advocated for cooperation among and between the tours. But, when it comes to golf perspective, I go for knowledge. And that knowledge will be on today in the form of GPRs own Vito Esposito. That, alone, makes this must-listen!
We'll also weigh in on the latest in trans athletes and activity, touch on horse racing's Triple Crown, which concludes this Saturday with the running of The Belmont Stakes, and a couple new track & field records. In Politics, I'll note some new POTUS candidates, some thoughts on who is best for America when it comes to the White House, and some Internet Laffy. Some of which, BTW, isn't so "laffy".
