Weaponization is still in full swing. Yes, we all know what is being done to President Trump, what is NOT being done to Hunter or Dopey Joe, what has happened and continues to happen with many J6 attendees, and the like. Now?

Northwestern Head Football Coach Pat Fitzgerald was suspended last Friday over hazing allegations. Their internal report concluded Fitzgerald neither encouraged it, nor knew about it. but Fitz and the school came to a mutual agreement on a two-week suspension. And then...

Monday, Fitzgerald was summarily let go after a former player(s)--who last played in 2009, apparently--came forward--okay, anonymously alleged--racism within the program. Fired. With no chance to confront the allegations. With no chance to confront the accuser(s). NW fired Pat Fitzgerald "with cause", meaning they wouldn't be on the hook for the $42 million buyout of the remained of his 10-year, $57 million contract he signed in 2021. 

In this case, the weapon was the spector of sexual harassment and racism. Never mind that, over 17 seasons, NONE of this came up. Never were there allegations of racism. In short, this was a "hit job", and yes, weaponization was the primary mechanization/manifestation.

Along with the usual other stuff from DC and the sports world, I, and hopefully others, will be discussing it today.
