Today marks the 60th anniversary of the assassination Of President John F Kennedy. A lot has come out about the event over these past 60 years. One conclusion I have reached: we will probably NEVER know the full story. And I'm not even sure that's very important. Suffice it to say, various government "insiders" had to be involved. That's enough for us to conclude we can't really put too much trust in our government. Enough said. And there are lots of things for which we can be thankful. I'm grateful certain folks are standing up saying "No more!" to the Leftist tripe that has been allowed, for too long, in our mainstream. I am thankful I can still voice opinions and make noise without the most serious repercussions faced by those in socialist, communist, or ever theocratic, despotic regime-led places. I'm thankful for family, friends, a great and fun job, and college football. And of course, like most Iowa Hawkeye fans, I am overjoyed with the B1G West title achieved by the football team last Saturday. Of course I'll be talking Hawkeye football today!
