While there are all kinds of political stories every day, most of them seem inconsequential. However, I'll be covering the ones that have grabbed my attention in the last week.

In Sports, thee is still fallout from the CFPs snub of FSU. And that one has now entered the PoliSports realm, as well. Thr Transfer Portal is, as anyone could have predicted, getting crazier over the last week and a half. And of course it will affect bowl games, including some NY6 bowls. 

And there are some really sad notes in this week's obituaries, as well as a sort of triumph.
