Surah 6 The Livestock

Islam claims the Quran is perfect. That it is Allah's word so it cannot have any errors. BUT, what if errors can easily be exposed if you read Surah 6? According to this Surah some thought the Quran was sorcery. This Surah makes a claim about Muhammad being the first Muslim, then how can Adam be the first Muslim? What if the Quran has cheap poor quality stories with in it? What if the Quran claims the Bible is accurate? Does this mean that the Quran proves itself in error?
