Drummer Steve smith is our guest on this Thursday's show. Steve is a hall of fame Drummer (soon to be a Rock n Roll Hall of Famer) who is a master at his craft and its our honor to have him on the show.

The Cowboys are going to release Romo thursday and The Jets are purging their roster of high priced veterans. Do the Giants have best WR's in the league?

Spring Training is underway and both locals have a lot going on, Tim Tebow is in camp and ready to play games  while the Yankees and strutting their own young players. So much to talk about
