Its our 150th Episode of Hard Rock n Sports!!!

This Thursday night is our 150th episode of the Hard Rock n Sports Show. Its been almost 3 years since we debuted on the blog talk radio air waves and so much has changed. We have had some personnel changes and had some amazing guests and moments and This Thursday we will do some reminiscing about the past 149 shows. 

With no scheduled guests we have a ton of time for a Mets / Yankees update, some NFL Football updates (This week OTA's started), an update from the Hard Rock and Metal world and much much more.
