Few people think about their bones until they are well past 50 years of age. For one to have strong bones in old age, one must begin early, in childhood, by getting enough sun, eating a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. After the skeleton stops growing in late teenage years, the young adult has to continue eating well in-order for his or her bones to reach their Peak Bone Mass. After 30, the bones begin to decline slowly, later gaining momentum. Find out how to avoid bone problems later in life, the food one should eat, the type of exercises one should do and what to avoid.
