Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have changed. We think you'll like them better this way.
Many people today in the redemption movement are afraid to use the word "sovereign" as this word has been demonized by public servants through the use of the misnomer "sovereign citizen"; a word that has not existence except through the colloquialisms of mainstream media. “Sovereign people” is defined in Blacks 4th Edition as :
The political body, consisting of the entire number of citizens and qualified electors, who, in their collective capacity, possess the powers of sovereignty and exercise them through their chosen representatives. See Scott v. Sandford, 19 how. 404, 15 L.Ed. 691
While sovereignty is a term that I feel accurately describes the condition of a so called “free people”, I believe the politically correct term that the media will have a hard to time finding some way to cast aspersions against is PRIVACY. Everyone knows that you have a right to privacy. The demarcation line between public and private and rights afforded under each is what is not explained clearly to the general public.
"PRIVACY, RIGHT OF The right to be let alone. the right of a person to be free from unwarranted publicity. Holloman v. Life Ins. Co. of Virginia.192 S.C. 454, 7 S.E.2d 169, 171, 127 A.L.R. 110.
For all those in Media this is what we are trying to obtain. The “Right” to Privacy. The RIGHT to be left alone. This is an education that one will never receive in your PUBLIC schools so it is left to those of us who study the laws on our own to self-educate ourselves. After all, “ignorance of the law is no excuse”
Please stop using this word "sovereign citizen". It is like calling people "niggas".
