Girl Talk

 we'll talk about EVERYTHING from the nitty gritty relationship (sex included) details to the dumbest ideas that come from the top of our heads to the ‘girls only' body [issues] talk. We talk about everything and express everything we say in ways we just wouldn't feel comfortable doing in front of guys (especially our boyfriends)

I find working with guys to be very different because there isn't a sense to communicate things that they don't genuinely want to know or understand. They have a tendency to talk about things they are actually interested in, instead of just using any topic as a medium to just communicate and connect.

So in short guys tend to have conversations for the sake of the topic, girls tend to conversations for the sake of the connection and communication.
