KNOWING YOUR KINGDOM POSITION BY REV. IRVING CARTER BOAYUE

As representatives of the King, we must be careful to embrace His culture and His character. Understanding we are ambassadors of the Lord Jesus and representatives of His Kingdom relieves a lot of self-imposed pressure.  Being His ambassador is a wonderful privilege, but it comes with tremendous responsibilities, such as:  1. Speaking the words of the King; 2. Making our opinions, attitudes and feelings secondary to the interests of the King;  3.  Speaking only on the behalf of His government; 4. Maintaining connection and communication with the King; and 5. Carrying out the policies established by the King.  As ambassadors of Christ, we should be concerned only with the interests of our King.  Everything that we say or do should reflect His desire, purpose and culture.  Our personal opinion doesn't matter.  Ultimately, that should make it very simple for us. We don't need to formulate the answers or opinions.  We only have to know God's Word.
