“You can't have law and order and Negroes too”, racism is ever present and manifests itself in different ways. Sometimes in the most horrific ways, like th El Paso Walmart shooting that targted Latinos other times it's just propaganda. Sometimes this propoganda is not untrue however. We (Blacks, Hispanics, and Native Americans) as a people are often times are own worst enemies. Law and Order and can not exist with a Negro or Hispanic mentality. The Bible explains this to us.
