Fran Shaw, Ph.D. is an award winning author and longtime spiritual discipline practitioner, and a professor at the University of Connecticut teaching writing. She worked with the Gurdjieff Foundation, spending several summers with Dr. Michel de Salzmann, who was the director of the network of Gurdjieff institutes globally.
