Kelley Kitley just released her autobiography on survival, My Self: An Autobigraphy of Survival. She has an inspiring story to share to encourage women to be the best version of themselves. At the age 16, after being treated for an eating disorder, she was determined to someday help women and open a private practice. Now she’s living her dream and opened Serendipitous Psychotherapy, LLC.
In the past year Kelley has been featured in over 100 national publications as an expert clinician including WSJ, Huff Post, Fox News, Self, Shape, U.S. World News and Report. She’s also a columnist for Fitnessmagazine.com. Kelley’s contributed to many podcasts, WGN radio, WGN morning news, and WBEZ. She’s an expert speaker for The Bump Club and Beyond and MommyCon educating women and their partners on postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and intimacy after baby.
Kelley’s goal is to share her experience, strength, and hope after overcoming tremendous adversity, listen in and get inspired!
