Deborah Harmon-Pugh is President and Chief Content Officer of The Healthy Caregiver Community Foundation since year 2000. In 2009, Ms. Harmon-Pugh was appointed to serve as the National Campaign Chair for The Women Veterans ROCK Advocacy Campaign. She’s a Retired Military Spouse of 27 years. Women Veterans ROCK is a coalition of Women Veterans Organizations and Women Advocacy Organizations supporting America’s Women Veterans and Military Families in the areas of: Housing; Employment; Education; Financial Stability; Family Health and Wellness. In addition, Deborah Harmon-Pugh is the Show Host of “Women Veterans ROCK On The Hill Podcast.”

Under Deborah’s leadership, Women Veterans ROCK grew a National Affiliate Network of 35,000+ supporters and 250+ nationwide community partners. She launched five signature Workforce, Leadership Development and Civic Engagement Programs. They are: The Women Veterans Civic Leadership Institute; The Women Veterans Public Policy Delegation; The STEM Civic Leadership Institute For JR.ROTC Cadet Girls; Women Veterans ROCK On The Hill – The Podcast; and The 2030 Commission for Women Veterans & Military Families. Women Veterans ROCK is dedicated to preparing today’s Women & Girls in Military Families for Post-Military Civic Leadership; Business Leadership; and Nonprofit Leadership.
